Thirteen-year-old Kiki is no ordinary girl; she is a little witch. And like every young witch, she has to leave home at thirteen to live in a foreign city for at least a year. When the weather forecast announces good weather, Kiki spontaneously decides to take off that evening. But her new life gets off to a rocky start because the weather does not live up to the forecast. The thunderstorm she gets caught in eventually forces her to seek refuge on a goods train.
The next morning, the train reaches the sea, and the sun shines again. Kiki flies a short distance over the ocean and finally finds a town that is exactly as she imagined. But, when she tries to make a good impression on the townspeople, she almost causes an accident and a series of events make her life incredibly difficult …

Die dreizehnjährige Kiki ist kein gewöhnliches Mädchen, sondern eine kleine Hexe. Und wie jede junge Hexe muss sie mit dreizehn Jahren aufbrechen, um für mindestens ein Jahr in einer fremden Stadt zu leben. Als der Wetterbericht schönes Wetter verkündet, entschließt sie sich spontan, am Abend loszufliegen. Doch scheint der Start in ihr neues Leben unter keinen guten Sternen zu stehen, denn das Wetter hält sich einfach nicht an die Vorhersage. Das Gewitter, in das sie gerät, zwingt sie schließlich, Zuflucht in einem Güterzug zu suchen.
Am nächsten Morgen erreicht der Zug das Meer und die Sonne scheint wieder. Kiki fliegt ein kurzes Stück über das Meer und findet schließlich eine Stadt, die genauso ist, wie Kiki sie sich vorgestellt hat. Als sie versucht, einen guten Eindruck auf die Stadtbewohner zu machen, löst sie beinahe einen Unfall aus und eine Reihe von Ereignissen machen ihr das Leben ungemein schwer …

Hace mucho tiempo que una película no llegaba tan directa al corazón con una historia de magia y fantasía que recordarás por mucho tiempo.
Es fácil querer a la simpática Nicky, una joven bruja que se divierte volando en su escoba junto a Jiji, un sabio gato negro. Ambos descubrirán lo que significa la responsabilidad, la independencia y la amistad. En su camino harán un nuevo amigo, Tombo, con el que vivirán extraordinarias aventuras.

Compiuti 13 anni Kiki, una streghetta simpatica e maldestra, parte alla ricerca di una città bagnata dal mare in cui svolgere il suo anno di apprendistato. In compagnia dell’inseparabile gatto nero parlante Jiji, Kiki arriva nella città di Koriko dove inizia a guadagnarsi da vivere facendo consegne a domicilio a cavallo della sua scopa di saggina. Superate le difficoltà iniziali, la giovane strega, grazie ai suoi poteri magici e alla conoscenza di persone che la fanno sentire a casa, riesce a rendersi indipendente. Ma nella vita, si sa, non tutto fila sempre liscio e le sorprese sono dietro l’angolo…
